Theme 4: eLearning in Higher Education and Vocational Training
In this theme, long and short articles and posters on research can be presented whose object of study are courses provided in e-learning in higher education and professional training, in particular in companies, with the aim to promote the learning and the improvement of professional skills.
E-learning refers to education and training that makes use of digital technologies and occurs at distance (either on a totally distance system or on a semi-presence, with classes or sessions at distance and others in-person, the designated b-learning).
We welcome researches that examine the new international dynamics that are emerging around the offer of courses in e-learning, by the world's most prestigious universities and that can help to reflect upon what will be the near future of higher education in Portugal, with reference to this new expanding market.
